I had to read this book twice for fear I had crossed into another dimension. Dark Nights Metal #1 is loaded with what-the-hellisms and other shockers. Scott and team pull in more than a few characters which were previously steam rolled by the N52 continuity, and one wham-dinger of a reveal at the conclusion of the book. I knew this was going to be a crazy book, but damn I had no idea it would be this gutsy and daring. You are just going to have to grab a copy for yourself.

This is a great book and I’m digging it all over again. The visual aesthetic of the book really lends itself well to the newsprint medium. You should check out other Alterna Comics titles if you haven't already. The creative force is strong with them.
